All merchandise sold by CuteFlowerGirlDresses.com comes from the finest Brands and manufacturers and is guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by the highest quality control to meet the company's experience standards.

All products offered by CuteFlowerGirlDresses.com are protected by a 7 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a:

 

  • Store Credit: There are 30% restocking fee on all returned items for a store credit refund. The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. You will be able to use store credit at any time as there aren't any expiration dates on any store credits given CuteFlowerGirlDresses.com (see details below)

 

  • Refund: There are 30% restocking fee on all returned items for a money refund. The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. (see details below)

 

  • Exchange for defect items (must be notified within 48 hours of delivery): we do not charge any restocking fees on defect items that you wish to exchange. However, exchange must be in SAME SIZE, SAME COLOR, and SAME STYLE from the merchandise you have ordered that came defected. Shipping amount that may occur on your behalf would be credited to your account as a store credit for later use.

  • Exchange for unwanted items: We charge shipping and handling fee on all unwanted merchandise that you wish to exchange, plus the shipping charges that may occur in transitions. If a replacement merchandise value is higher than the final credit (after restocking fee), you will be contacted by our customer service representative for the payment methods on the remainder of the value. If a replacement merchandise value is lower than the final credit (after restocking fee), remaining balance will be credited to your account as a store credit for future use.

 

The following should be included in the return package for exchange. 

 

1. Shipping and handling fee              

 

For USA exchange: $10 per dress to be exchanged + or - dress price.

For International exchange: $35 for shipping and $10 per dress to be exchanged + or - dress price.

 

Please make money order or cashier's check payable to "Wonderful Dress INC" that to be included in the returned package. We do not accept personal checks.

 

2. The memorandum explaining what to be done with the exchange

 

3. The copy of the original invoice.

 

If replacement is not in stock or unavailable, you may exchange for any other dress available on our site plus or minus the difference of the price of replacement. If a replacement is lower than the price of an originally purchased merchandise, we will gladly credit the difference in your account as a store credit that can be used at any time. However, if a replacement merchandise price is higher than your originally purchased merchandise, our customer service representative will contact you for the payment methods.

 

The following should be included in the return package for refund. 

 

1. The memorandum stating this return is for refund not exchange.

 

2. The copy of the original invoice. 30% restocking fee will be applied to refund.

 

 

 

Return Instructions

 

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, CuteFlowerGirlDresses.com will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.

Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
